We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for spring and summer events. Peak dates (May–August) fill up quickly. The sooner you reach out, the better chance you have of securing your preferred date.
Yes! We serve the greater Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on distance. Select "Outside Harrisonburg" when booking and we'll include travel in your custom quote.
The Full Menu includes soft serve ice cream in cones and cups, sundaes with chocolate syrup, caramel, Oreos, sprinkles & whipped cream, milkshakes, and brownie sundaes. All packages include uniformed staff and the full Branch's truck experience.
Yes. A signed contract and deposit are required to officially reserve your date. The deposit amount will be outlined in your custom quote. Your date is not held until both are received.
It depends on your event contract for service time. If you want us to stay longer, there is an overtime fee for each extra hour over the contract service time.
Absolutely! We offer several optional add-ons including custom event menus, sponsor branding, custom cups & branding, and wedding upgrades. Let us know what you have in mind in the booking form and we'll include it in your quote.

There are no refunds, but we can reschedule if we have availability. There will be a fee if you reschedule more than once.
We attend your event and donate 10% of our event sales to your cause at the end of the event.
